  • Advise you on all of the marketing options available to you
  • Discuss with you a full schedule of actions and marketing before providing you with a comprehensive Marketing Calendar
  • Meet with you weekly and provide a written report on the weeks activities, and give you the buyers feedback.
  • Phone you with updates and be available at any time to discuss any queries or concerns you may have
  • Personally manage the listing and make a commitment to ensure as many people view your property and negotiate the best possible price with the Sale and Purchase Agreement
  • Offer suggestions of increased profile marketing
  • Do everything possible to minimise your anxiety through good communication and management
  • Advise neighbours, if you wish me to, that your home is on the market
  • Schedule and run Open Homes at a suitable time & day for all those involved
  • Communicate with your tenants to arrange suitable viewing times (if necessary)
  • Arrange for the local Harcourts Sales team to view your property if they are able to do so
  • Order Title, Lim, on your behalf and help you compile all necessary details
  • Be there to advise you regarding any offers that are presented on your property
  • Once the offer is accepted collect the deposit and advise you.
  • Process the contract and send  a copy to your lawyer/s as well as sending the original to the purchasers lawyer/s
  • Stay in touch with you on a weekly basis until any offer that you accept is confirmed
  • With your permission stay in touch with you after the sale  on a regular basis
